Dr. Verena Struckmann

Verena Struckmann joined the Department Health Care Management at the Berlin University of Technology as a research fellow in October 2012. She earned her European Public Health Bachelor from the University of Maastricht (the Netherlands), including an exchange semester at the University of Malmö (Sweden). She acquired her Master of Public Health at the Freie Universität Berlin.
As part of her work and research at the Department Health Care Management, she is currently mainly working on various projects in the field of Global Health and Integrated care. She is a visiting lecturer at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technologies, Kumasi, Ghana.
Previously, she worked in the EU projects: Sustainable integrated care models for multi-morbidity delivery, financing and performance (SELFIE), Innovating care for people with multiple chronic conditions in Europe (ICARE4EU) und Evaluating Care Across Borders (ECAB).
